flickie does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If flickie obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 16, flickie will immediately delete such information from its database. Because flickie does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16, flickie has no such information to use or disclose to third parties.

You must promptly notify us if Your credit card, bank, or other financial institution information, user name or password is lost, stolen or used without Your permission. In such an event, we will remove Your credit card number, bank account information, other financial institution information, user name or password from Your account and update our records accordingly.
We strongly urge you to use best practices for ensuring the safety of your systems and devices (e.g. via unique passwords, security upgrades, firewall protection, anti-virus software, securing devices). flickie will never send an email asking for your password or suggesting that you click a link to login to your account, so do not be fooled by any such email since it will not be from us. We cannot guarantee the security of computers or devices nor of transmission from and to your device over the Internet and thus cannot guarantee there will be no unauthorised access.
Also, if you lose or otherwise allow access to your username and password you will lose the security of all your data. If you forget your username or password you can retire this from the log in page.
Using the same password for flickie as you have used at other sites can lead to others accessing and taking control of your flickie account if one of those other sites is breached or hacked.
We will never sell Your Account Data or any Website Usage Data. We will not disclose or otherwise provide Your Account Data or any Website Usage Data to a third party, or make any other use of Your Account Data or any Website Usage Data, for any purpose which is not specifically allowed under this Policy, our Terms of Service or our Guidance Policy or is not incidental to the normal use of our services.
By registering with the Website, you hereby consent to receive periodic email communications regarding the services. As part of registration, You, may also elect to receive periodic email communications regarding special offers and other promotions (collectively, “Special Offers”). You may opt-out of receiving Special Offers at any time by (a) following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each Special Offer, or (b) by contacting flickie through the contact page on the website.
If at any time You as a Registered User wishes to withdraw Your consent to this policy You can do so via our support page. Withdrawal of consent will result in the Account concerned being suspended and scheduled for termination. All content, activity and associated information relating to the Account will be removed as part of this process.
Subject to the rights that those in the European Union have under the GDPR, this Policy and its interpretation and operation are governed solely by New Zealand law. Subject to the rights that those in the European Union have under the GDPR, you, flickie and all users, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand arbitral tribunals and courts as further described in our ToS and you agree not to raise any jurisdictional issue if we need to enforce an arbitral award or judgment in New Zealand or another country.
